Protagonists of the Festival will be the farmers and milk-related products in particular cheese Vezzena pass one of the oldest cheeses of the cheese-making tradition, made exclusively with milk cows in summer alpine pastures of the plateau of Vezzena pass. A particularly sought after for its organoleptic characteristics due to the peculiarities of pasture grasses.
