A real path that will lead you to discover our mountains, the life of our Alpine pastures, the tradition, the production of milk, cheese and dairy products according to ancient methods.
Protagonists of the Festival will be the farmers and milk-related products in particular cheese Vezzena pass one of the oldest cheeses of the cheese-making tradition, made exclusively with milk cows in summer alpine pastures of the plateau of Vezzena pass. A particularly sought after for its organoleptic characteristics due to the peculiarities of pasture grasses.
